No Error Message is Displayed When Uploading JKS file without a PrivateKeyEntry

Summary
When attempting to upload a .jks file without a PrivateKeyEntry to Salesforce, the .jks file is not uploaded and no error message is displayed.
Repro
1) In the setup menu go to "Certificate and Key Management"
2) Click the "import from Keystore" button
3) Select a .jks file without a PrivateKeyEntry and enter the corresponding Keystore password.
4) Click "Save"
5) Notice that the .jks file is not uploaded and no error message is displayed.
Workaround
Ensure that .jks files contain a PrivateKeyEntry before uploading to the platform.
