Salesforce introduced Global Picklist Pilot Program in Winter 16 update.
Referencing Global Picklist values for picklist choice of a dropdown list on a Visual Flow Screen Element causes an Internal Salesforce Error when the flow is ran.
1. Open the Visual Flow designer: Setup-> Create-> Workflow & Approvals-> Flows-> New Flow
2. Create a Screen Element.
3. Add a dropdown list to the screen element.
4. Create a picklist choice for the dropdown list and reference the Global Picklist field of an object that uses the Pilot Feature.
5. Save and run the flow.
Result: An internal server error has occurred.
Create a custom picklist field on the object. Populate the field with values identical to Global Picklist in case they should be referenced in a Visual Flow.
Is it Fixed?
