Logins to an org that has just been migrated can return a session ID from the old instance which is unusable on subsequent requests

After an org has been migrated from one instance to other, integrations might fail with INVALID_SESSION_ID as the session might still be generated from old instance.
API calls fails with INVALID_SESSION_ID error.
Deleting the old session would resolve the issue. To do this, go to Setup--> Session Management --> Select the session(s) related to integration user --> Click Remove.
