Error received when accessing Feed tab or Account Record Detail pages in Salesforce1

Some users are seeing an error when trying to access the Feed tab or Account Record Detail pages in Salesforce1. This is occurring on all versions of Salesforce1 (downloadable and webapp)
1) Login through Salesforce1
2) From Left menu, click on Feed (error will occur)
3) From Left menu click on accounts
4) Choose an account record to load (error will occur)
