"Rich Text fields not ready for this action" error message when saving Articles.

Users may intermittently receive the error "Rich Text fields not ready for this action" when trying to save Knowledge Articles containing Rich Text fields.
This error does not typically occur for users with the System Administrator or similar profile.
1. Login as a Knowledge User.
2. Edit an article that was created with an Article Type containing at least 2 Rich Text fields.
3. Save the article.
Users may intermittently receive the "Rich Text fields not ready for this action" error message upon saving.
Try a different browser type. Some users have reported success using Firefox.
