Data Import Wizard not updating Account when mapping Contacts using Name

There is an issue at this time in which the Data Import Wizard is not updating the Account if the Contact is mapped by Name.
Perform an import in which the "Map Contact by" setting is set to "Name". The Contact will update or import, but the Account Name field will not be populated.
Set "Map Contact by" to "Email" or "Salesforce ID" instead.
