Knowledge Article - Scheduled Publication - Pop-up Calendar is hidden in the background

When a user tries to schedule a draft to be published at a scheduled date, using the date calendar picker, the calendar is displayed in the background and not selectable/accessible.
In the Console:
1) Go to Knowledge
2) Click My Draft
3) Click the drop down next to any draft article
4) Click publish
5) Select to Schedule publication on
6) Click to access the calendar
7) Calendar popup shows up behind the current window
Manually type in the date into the date field.
