Twitter OAuth asks on grant access on every login

When using Twitter OAuth login with a community, users are asked to authorize the app every time they login.
This is caused by the user being directed to oauth/authorize instead of oauth/authenticate after the first successful authorization.
1) Follow steps outlined here to setup OAuth:
2) Login with Twitter and you will asked to authorize the app. On subsequent logins you are asked again to authorize even though you have already granted access.
