Social Persona records related to LinkedIn not accessible but, they count against storage usage.

Social Persona records with the network set to LinkedIn are not accessible through the UI or through api tools like Data Loader or Workbench but, they are still counted against storage.
1. Create a new social persona record via an api tool like Data Loader or Workbench, setting the network to facebook or other network.
2. Check Storage Usage under Data Management, the count will reflect the new record. Deleting the record will also be reflected soon after.
3. Create or update the existing record, changing the network to LinkedIn.
4. The record will now not be visible from the Social Personas tab, or via any api tool but, it will still be counted against storage usage.
