A change set or metadata api deployment will fail if it contains an approval process for a child object if it references a Queue that is associated to the Master object.
1. Create two custom objects, object A being the master of object B with a master detail lookup.
2. Create a Queue enabled for object A, object B will not be an option.
3. Create an approval process for object B and reference the Queue that was created in one of the steps.
The approval process will save and function correctly but, it will fail to deploy stating that the queue cannot be found even if the queue being referenced is already present in the destination org.
Remove the queue reference before deploying and add it again in the destination.
