Summary
There are issues creating SSO user mappings where an error stating "The value of the "parent_id" parameter contains a character that is not allowed" occurs.

Repro
Log into the Environment Hub Org
- Go to Member Detail Page
- Click "New SSO User Mapping"
- Enter in the appropriate mapping
- An error appears either stating the mapping is incorrect or that "The value of the "parent_id" parameter contains a character that is not allowed"

Workaround
