Blank page encountered when searching in “Search all setup” in Spring 15

Some customers may have observed that they encounter a blank page when attempting to search in the "Search All Setup" section under Setup post upgrade to Spring 15.
So far the issue has been observed when searching for entities such as Accounts, Contacts, etc., as well as names of custom fields and User's.
1. Go to Setup
2. In the "Search All Setup", search for Accounts or the name of a custom field, etc
3. Notice you get a Blank Page.
