Summary
When using Apex dataloader to load data and if a batch hit any error (e.g: batch exceeds 10 mins timeout.), the process.success and failure files are empty. This issue happens when BULK api is used.

Repro
- Use apex dataloder
- Upsert/insert/Update a data that can take 10 minutes to run.
- Success/Failure files are empty.

Workaround
- Use a Smaller batch size that can let the loading process completes in 10 minutes.

Or

- Go to Setup->Monitoring->BULK Data load jobs and check the response.
