Data Import Wizard Contact Update behaviour changed in Winter 15 - Error Message: The required field Contact: Last Name is not mapped.

In Winter 15, when you use the Data Import Wizard to update Contact using Email matching
The Last Name field seems to be required in order for the update to work, else you'll hit the following Error Message: "The required field Contact: Last Name is not mapped" will be returned
1. Goto Data Import Wizard
2. Update Contact and use EMAIL for matching & click next. (note, the csv does not have Last Name field col/values)
3. Complete the field mapping, proceed with the update
4. "The required field Contact: Last Name is not mapped" error will be returned
Include Last Name field col/values in your update csv file
