Customer Community user encounters Insufficient Privileges on Ideas Themes Listviews

In Communities, when a Customer Community user access any Ideas Themes Listviews they will encounter an Insufficient Privileges message
1. Login to any Communities Portal using a Customer Community user
2. Open Ideas Themes Tab
3. Select any Listviews and click GO, Insufficient Privileges message will be returned
A custom Visualforce Page/Tab can be created to act as an alternate Ideas Themes Tabs/Listviews page, where listview results can be retrieved and displayed using the following method.
The Visualforce page around Idea Themes listview uses the library apex method getListViewOptions(), hence you can get the listview names in the apex controller and using the result to form the record table on your Visualforce page:
