Salesforce for Outlook: Forwarding or replying to a sent email maintains associations in the Side Panel

Forwarding or replying to emails in the Sent items folder in Outlook shows the same associations in the Side Panel
- In Outlook, send an email and associate it to a Contact using the Side Panel.
- Navigate to the Sent Items folder, retrieve that email and forward it or reply to it.
- Take a look a the Side Panel and records it is added to
Adding and sending the email to new contacts or Salesforce records will add the email to the correct recipients in addition to the previously associated contacts.
Selecting and de-selecting the association icon in the Side Panel next to the undesired records will eventually make it so that the Side Panel shows the rights associations.
