Duplicate case team entry error on deploy of case assignment rules

Summary
Some customers have observed that they encounter the following error when deploying case assignment rules in their target org.
“Duplicate case team entry for XXXXX”
XXXXX here is the name of the Predefined Case Team on the case assignment rule being deployed.
Repro
Source org:
1. Go to Setup | Customize | Cases | Case Teams , Create a case team
2. Go to Setup | Customize | Cases | Assignment Rules
3. Create an Assignment rule and add a predefined case team you created in step 1
4. Create an outbound change set and add the assignment rule>Upload
Target org:
1. Go to Outbound Change sets
2. Deploy the change set you created in step 4 (source org)
3. Notice you get the error.
Workaround
The quick solution is to remove the predefined case team on each rule that may have one added.
To do this go to the source org, click Edit next to the rule entry. In "Step 4: Optionally, select predefined case teams to add to the case", remove all case teams that may have been added. This has to be done in every rule entry of the assignment rule.
Once removed, create a new outbound change set and upload to the destination org.
