How to Sync! Re-sync button not appearing on Omni Channel with Summer'22
The Re-sync button does NOT appear on the OmniChannel even after the agents see the Error message: "Looks like your Salesforce and telephony provider statuses aren't in sync. Click Sync to get back on track."

VoiceCall records are not returned in TopResults from Global Search

It has been observed that Voice Calls does not get searched in global search by default even if the entity is part of the user's smart scope. This is being reviewed to ensure it is looked at in the appropriate scenarios. As well ask, showing Voice Call entity in Search Manager.

Existing or new External Data Sources folders cannot be browsed with the error 'Can't access external source External data source is unavailable because of an error' The data sources can be setup and synced but when trying to access folders showing in Chatter or the Files tab the error exists.
