Unable to delete chatter posts intermittently

Merge Fields for relationship lookup in Visual Flow 'Text Templates' are Incorrectly Converted
Within Flow designer, the API name of a Text Template resource is renamed from ****__c to ****__r upon closing and re-opening the flow. Trying to Edit/Save the template (without changes) results in a validation error. Additionally, the Flow itself cannot be resaved.
