ESM Cart doesn't Refresh automatically on delete rules

After adding 2 incompatible products(managed via Vlocity rules and Product relationship) in the ESM cart, we see a message that these products can’t be added together. We then delete one of the products but the message is still present and only disappear after we refresh the screen.

Product deletion from "Summary" tab in ESM is not working
