Cardinality error message when using postcartItem API with "Price: false", "validate false"

When using the postcartItem API with "Price: false", "validate false" to add the child item, the order is not being submitted due to the cardinality error message not being disappeared even though the parent item does have a child item that satisfies the requirement.
