SAML config creation via Metadata URL sends POST request instead of GET

lightning:inputField does not respect disabled attribute when field type is Lookup

When a lightning:inputField component sets the attribute disabled=true, the input should become Read Only. However, when the lightning:inputField refers to a Lookup field, it does not become read only and can be edited even if it is disabled.

Unable to schedule job when Locale is set to "Spanish (Peru)".

If as user's Locale is set to "Spanish (Peru)" they will encounter an error when trying to save a scheduled job, the most common one being the Weekly Data Export feature when trying to schedule recurring jobs.
