Creating SAML configurations via the "New from Metadata URL" button sends POST requests instead of get requests. When a lightning:inputField component sets the attribute disabled=true, the input should become Read Only. However, when the lightning:inputField refers to a Lookup field, it does not become read only and can be edited even if it is disabled.

After adding in values that contain apostrophes into a Multi-select Picklist, when you attempt to create or edit a record in Lightning, clicking in the Multi-select Picklist field or choosing the option that has an apostrophe, you will receive an Internal Server Error.
