Lead Source value is not automatically selected on "Create Opportunity" page when creating an opportunity from a contact in LEX.

Upon Session expiration due to inactivity timeout Redirection to IDP logout URL happens only for one Tab and rest Tabs redirects to www.salesforce.com

- SAML and logoutURL is configured in Single Sign on settings. When we login using the SAML config and opens multiple tabs, only one of the tab gets to the logout url, the other tabs go to " www.salesforce.com " when logout because of the inactivity timeout. [lightning:input ] v.validity should always reflect the value of element.validity

In Lightning Experience, the "Convert" button on the list views for leads doesn't work if the button is removed from the layout.

Field History for owner field contains wrong ID(old id) in NewValue if owner is changed automatically due to parent record owner change

The number of failed rows inconsistent across the Bulk Data Load Job monitoring page and email notification message. The Bulk Data Load monitoring page shows that the number of failed records is 0. The email notification contains a higher number of failed records.

Winter '16 - Process Builder criteria by Date/Time always sets value to 12:00PM

In a Process we expect to be able to use criteria based on a specific date/time value (e.g. 11/24/2015 4:00 PM). However when the criteria is saved the value is changed to 12:00 PM
