Cannot test Apex trigger on SurveyResponse

At present, it is possible to write Apex triggers on SurveyResponse, but due to lack of DML support of this entity, it is not possible to test this type of trigger, which prevents deploying them into production as Apex triggers must meet minimum 1% code coverage requirement.

Unable to save a Survey name with single and multibyte characters.

Saving a survey with single and multibyte characters shows “This survey name is already taken” error and cannot save. When a survey is saved, multibyte characters are striped internally. Due to this, a survey name like “abcあ” and “abcい” are considered as same survey name.
