Users (External or Internal) are unable to update records when the update results in the firing of a process that sends a Survey Invitation. The behavior occurs when the user does not have create on the Survey Invitation and Survey Subject object.

Guest License profiles are not given access to Survey objects after enabling Surveys

Cannot test Apex trigger on SurveyResponse
