WF Rule with Email Alert that sets the recipient as Account Team: Account Manager is firing, but not sending out the Email Alert

WF Email Alert triggers, but does not send out the Email Alert when the Email Alert sets the recipient as Account Team: Account Manager. The WF Rule is based off of the Account Team Member Object, which is an Immediate Child Object from the Account and the AccountId is a standard / required field.
