When a record is locked for an Approval Process in Lightning Experience, inline editing can be initiated but does give the "Record Locked" error on save. In Salesforce Classic, inline editing is completely locked out when a record is locked for an Approval Process.

When viewing the Case Comments Related List on Cases while in Lightning or using the Napili template within Communities, you are only able to see the first 25 characters with no way to view the full comment.

Partner Portal Users are unable to add Partners from other Accounts to Opportunity Splits, even when those partners are already part of the Opportunity Team AND External User Access is Public Read Only.

Since the Spring ’16 release, some users may find that it is no longer possible to copy/paste Excel tables into Rich Text Fields (RTF) and maintain colors and borders. Content can still be copied but colors and borders are stripped out.

Compiling an apex class which refers to the User.Account foreign key in an inline query fails with the ApiQueryException exception, "Didn't understand relationship 'Account' in field path...", if some class which refers to some foreign key in User and whose API version is 31.0 or prior has been compiled...

When using sforce.console.refreshPrimaryTabById's new refresh parameter in a VF page (released in 200) doesn't do a hard refresh as it should. This is due to Console integration API calls in API version 36 do not function from within Visualforce components when VF components are included in Page Layouts...
