The attachment tool used to search for records in Live Agent is presenting users with records that they do not have access to. Clicking on such a link within those search results correctly yields an Insufficient Privileges error. Global Search still works as expected.

Users are unable to open attachments created by Email2Case that contain apostrophes within the SCC. This only occurs when opening the attachment via the feed of the record. If you open it via the Email record or outside of the Console, it works fine.
