Whenever the Person Account Ownership is changed with apex, the ContactShare record for the previous owner is not removed. ContactAccessLevel changes from All to Read and the RowCause remains : ImplicitPerson. This issue doesn't happen when owner is changed through UI.

When performing a dml operation on a accountShare / CaseShare / LeadShare / CustomShare object then subsequently firing a platform event with "Publish Behavior - Publish Immediately" the deletion of the share is rolled back to its previous state. This behavior is not observed for opportunityShare
