When creating a base platform object record and a custom object record in the same transaction (when both have criteria-based sharing rules), only the sharing rule of the first record is executed.

In Winter '23, Restriction Rule criteria can be a comma separated list of string values. However, when the first and last criteria values themselves include a comma, the restriction rule does not provide the correct access to records.

When logged in as a community user and updating a custom object record, it triggers a Record-Triggered Flow. This means it satisfies the requirement to launch the Record-Triggered Flow. Both UserCriteria and RecordFilter are currently not applied if referencing a picklist value with a space in its API name (For eg - "This Picklist").
