Users see records under Recently Viewed (Most Recently Used) even after they lost access to these records

Creating / recalculating CBS rules does not create share when sharing rule has "NOT(starts with [value])" criteria and records have blank field value

When the criteria of sharing rule is "NOT(starts with [value])", records which have empty [value] not shared while creating a sharing rule or recalculating sharing rule. But when saving the record, the record is shared even [value] is empty.

CBS Rule Share not created if insertion of custom object and WorkOrder are performed in the same transaction using Apex

Users getting Chatter notifications for records they don't have access to

Some users are reporting that they are receiving email notifications for records they do not have access to. When attempting to access the record in the email, they get a message that they don't have the level of access necessary to access the record.
