"Require Permission to View Record Names in Lookup Fields" does not work in LEX for "Related to" and "Name" fields of the activity

In Lightning Experience, even though "Require Permission to View Record Names in Lookup Fields" is enabled, record names that do not have Read access are displayed in the "Related to" and "Name" fields of the activity.

Internal Server Error shown when trying to add a Knowledge criteria-based sharing rule in an org that has External Sharing Model enabled (-2017018868)

Performance slowness in running reports via the Partner Portal

Users who do not have access to the lookup object will not see the entire Lightning component if the lookup field has a value
