There is a TODO in CustomFieldDependencyUi.java#146 which does a hack to get the URL of the lookup filter (by using the id portion of the name). The API currently returns the id + name. On a Case where no Contact is related we can see that the default text written within the search bar will say "Zoeken in <Entity>" if the language is 'Nederlands', but if its translated to English it will say Search Contacts, and this also applies to the Component that allows to search for an Account...
