After Spring'19, Salesforce Standard User receives the "Insufficient Privileges" error when stopping an External Sharing in Salesforce to Salesforce. If they have "View Setup and Configuration" permission, they can stop it.

When any of records in a XI call from publishing org to subscribing org fail due to duplicate rules (or validation rules), other records in the same request are created without ConnectionReceivedId if the subscribing org has a process or a flow to update the object records.

Class implementing SandboxPostCopy executes on create of sandbox but not refresh. Unexpected exception in queue processing is found. An additional aspect of this issue: If the source of a sandbox is changed on refresh, a sandbox completion email will not be sent.
