MD API - ObjectPermissions of newly deployed profile showing additional Permissions which are not even part of profile metadata

This happens when you try to clone existing profile from source org to the Target org. Or when try to create a new profile by retrieving the profile metadata from an existing org and deploy it in a new org.

SFDX Deployment fails when the zip file contains an External ID which is marked as a custom index

Using the SFDX file structure with the customindex folder to create a custom index on a field and also by setting the externalid attribute in the custom field field to true will cause a field to attempt to create a custom index twice on the one field twice during the deploy resulting in error.
