Locked Lead records (via an Approval Process) prevents the Lead owner from viewing the record in Lighting if they have not viewed the record prior to locking. This occurring because the “isUnreadByOwner” flag is not being cleared due to the locked status of the record.

The "+Add Another Forecast Type" link is completely unresponsive for some users. Clicking it does nothing and users are not able to use the link to create a second (or third, fourth, etc.) forecast type. The initial green button works, but after the first forecast type, the link does not.
