When a grantee submits an application, the SubmittedBy field is auto-populated. When a grant manager re-opens the application to an editable status, if the SubmittedBy field is still populated, the grantee will not be able to edit the application

Administrators are allowed to define the field and sort order of grantee reports on the portal through the Portal Configuration custom setting. This configuration isn't respected in the dashboard controller.

When a return URL to a specific campaign is used when logging in we expect that after login we are navigated to the record specified in the return URL. Currently this is not happening. Instead the users just lands on the dashboard page.

Depending on the level of screen zoom and number of tabs in the portal, when community users click on certain tabs it makes the other tabs get pushed to weird positions.
