SFDO Nonprofit Case Management: Error when creating Case Plan: "Cannot read property 'newCasePlanSuccess' of undefined"

SFDO Nonprofit Case Management

When creating a Case Plan, clicking the save button results in a component error "Cannot read property 'newCasePlanSuccess' of undefined", which appears on screen before the newly created Case Plan record loads.
