NCOA jobs not completing, but not throwing any errors

When scheduling and running an National Change of Address (NCOA) job, the job does not complete but also does not throw any errors. The cause of this issue is because of an issue with the Melissa Data licence key.

Address Standardization is running for all new addresses on the org instead of running for specified campaign contacts - [Data Integrity][NCOA]

When you schedule the Address Standardization job to run only for a specific campaign, you may run into an issue where the job runs for all new addresses in the org instead of the specified campaign record.

Data Integrity - NCOA job did not create new Address records

After running the NCOA job on Address records the 'All Updates' tab and the NCOA export file will show the result 'New Address Found' for addresses in the job, along with the new address in the 'current address field', however, no new Address record was created in NPSP.

Data issues on NCOA export file

The audit download file does not handle all formats in the prior address correctly (i.e. addresses that have some new line characters, extra "," fields.) This results in a CSV file export that when opened with Google Sheets, Numbers, etc will have mismatched data and columns for certain rows.

National Change of Address (NCOA) export file has a 'Null' value in 'Current Address Id' field - SFDO Insights Platform

You may run into an issue when you run the National Change of Address (NCOA) job where the results file you download may show a NULL value in the 'Current Address Id' field even though the Status of that row is set to 'New Address Found' and a new Address record is created.
