When rotating BYOK via REST API, it fails with INSUFFICIENT_ACCESS_ON_CROSS_REFERENCE_ENTITY. The User already has "Manage Encryption Keys" permission. This doesn't happen when uploading the same Key information via UI as the same user.

When Name field on Person Account is encrypted with DE-CS (Deterministic Encryption Case Sensitive), query filtering with "Name" field doesn't return the corresponding person account record. Individually querying on FirstName & LastName works fine. This does not affect business account records.

Scratch orgs are being created with Customer Portal enabled by default. This behaviour will result in features like Platform Encryption unusable in Scratch Org as both features can't co-exist in a single org.

As per our documentation, the rotation interval for Data in Salesforce (Deterministic) should be 24 hours for Production, but it's actually 7 days.
