"Else Approve Record" Option is Unexpectedly Rejecting Records

The “else Approve Record” option for Approval Processes only works if it’s specified on Step 1 of an Approval Process. When this option is specified in a subsequent Step, it automatically Rejects records instead of Approving them.

Formula on Account.Name field shows blank for Person Account type records in Lightning and API

Formulas referencing Account "Name" field will return 'null' for that field reference on Person Account records. This behavior appears in Lightning and the API, but not in Classic.

Leading / Appended Zero Dropped in LEX when Rendering TEXT Formula on a Decimal Currency or Number
