Internal Server error when installing a package that has Permission Sets that include CRUD for Master/Detail related objects.

When installing a managed package or a package extension that includes a Permission Set which contains CRUD information for objects that have a Master/Detail relationship you may receive an internal server error.

Duplicate Subscriptions Appear in the Checkout Management App

In some uncommon situations, duplicate subscriptions appear in the Checkout Management App (CMA) after Stripe processes a transaction. One subscription contains placeholder data and empty fields, and the other contains valid transaction data from Stripe.

Consulting Edition organisations are not getting created from Environment Hub

Partners cannot create a new Consulting Edition orgs from Environment Hub. There is no error message during creation and the creating user might receive an email with a general error message.
