Sometimes Einstein Activity Capture (EAC) can cause duplicate contacts after a user has newly been added to sync config. The cause is due to unexpected behavior during contact matching process for newly created contacts in Outlook/Gmail

Users should receive a notification email when tasks are assigned to them when they have enabled the setting. The notifications are not sent when a task is created and assigned from Lighting for Outlook/Gmail with a publisher action.

If events are syncing through Lightning Sync, a duplicate meeting invitation is sent to the attendee when a lead is converted to a contact in Salesforce.

Outlook Integration currently does not support logging of recurring events. However, when a user attempts that, they get a generic error. This bug fix will pop up a more user friendly message informing them that log event is not supported on recurring events. This doesn't apply to Outlook for MAC.

Sometime when the user creates an event in Salesforce with/without attendees while conflict settings is set to "Exchange always Wins", the event syncs with Exchange for the first time, however, on updating the same event in Salesforce, "Exchange always wins" conflict resolution might override changes...

When we try to add availability slots in outlook email by marking the timing as "Mark as free" and add to email, the slots show grayed out in the email. It applies to Outlook Integration with Inbox and Inbox Legacy both.
