Facebook Reply with GIF is publishing with a static image of the GIF

Marketing Cloud Social Studio

When replying to a Facebook comment through Social Studio Engage and including a GIF, you can see that it loads and is sent as expected. However, when we open Facebook natively, we can see that the GIF is static/non-moving as if it were an image.

Cannot save new keywords to topic profiles which had "Instagram" as a media type

The "Instagram" media type has been deprecated for broad listening topic profiles. When attempting to add a new keyword to a topic profile which previously had the media type "Instagram" selected, an error is received when attempting to save the topic profile.

Instagram DM’s Filtering by Origin Inbound or Outbound shows all posts as Inbound

In Engage, when filtering a Column with Instagram DM’s, using the origin “Outbound” displays 0 results. When using the origin “Inbound” or “Any,” all available posts are displayed.

Backfilling of posts is affected

After contacting Social Studio support, backfilling of all posts was not possible. The teams are working on a fix for this issue.

Error received when trying to select an image for publishing on LinkedIn

Error message "Cannot contain more than 1 URL" related to multiple periods in usernames

When attempting to reply to an Instagram post in Social Studio Engage, the error message "Cannot contain more than 1 URL" is received when the post contains a username with more than one period, and another term with at least one period.
