Unable to modify Organization "Session Timeout" Setting in Social Studio

Payload to Social Network includes incorrect links when using 2 or more URLs belonging to the same domain

When creating a post with 2 or more URLs belonging to the same domain, with 1 being the domain itself, and using shortening, the payload sent to the social network is incorrect. This causes bad links to be published.

Instagram Reply to Comment incorrectly posts as a Comment on Post

This is considered an edge case and rarely reproducible. When replying to an Instagram Comment through Social Studio Engage, the comment will post as a reply under the post instead of a reply under the comment.

Parent post condition in Social Studio Automate only works for Facebook

While using the parent post condition within Social Studio Automate, you will notice that the condition is selectable as a condition for all media types. However, it will only work for posts matching the Facebook Media type. Other media types such as Twitter will not work as expected.
