Users are unable to authenticate to the Marketing Cloud via the Command Center if the Marketing Cloud account in question is on stack s11 or s50. Command Center screens using the Marketing Cloud connection can therefore not be used.

In Social Customer Service, if you are attempting to reply to a Social Post that is an Instagram Business Mention Post. You will receive an error when submitting your response.

When viewing a Twitter DM in Social Customer Service, the attached video/image loads only a blank grey page icon. When clicking on this icon to attempt to download, the file does not open.
