When replying to a Facebook comment through Social Studio Engage and including a GIF, you can see that it loads and is sent as expected. However, when we open Facebook natively, we can see that the GIF is static/non-moving as if it were an image.

The "Instagram" media type has been deprecated for broad listening topic profiles. When attempting to add a new keyword to a topic profile which previously had the media type "Instagram" selected, an error is received when attempting to save the topic profile.

Users are seeing the warning banner “Sending Post. Refresh to view your update” in Social Customer Service after replying to the social posts via cases. However, the replies go through successfully but the warning message/info appears on the feed.

Currently the Issuer Field in the Social Studio SSO setup is limiting values to 64 characters and not allowing for values with a greater length to be saved.

In Engage, when filtering a Column with Instagram DM’s, using the origin “Outbound” displays 0 results. When using the origin “Inbound” or “Any,” all available posts are displayed.

Some customers are receiving the error "The selected image cannot be used and will be removed from the list. Please select or upload another image and try again" when attempting to publish an image to Linkedin.

When attempting to reply to an Instagram post in Social Studio Engage, the error message "Cannot contain more than 1 URL" is received when the post contains a username with more than one period, and another term with at least one period.
