User Agent Data does not log all possible entries
When running a report such as "Email Performance by Device" where user agent data can be reflected in the report, you may notice a higher than normal number of "unspecified" entries. This is due to our user agent library being out of date.

Journey Analytics and Email Analytics do not match due to mismatch timezones

In Journey Builder, the send totals in Journey Analytics vs Email Analytics do not match when using the same timeframe. This is the case even if the Journey only has a single Email Activity. Email Analytics is shown in UTC rather than user timezone which is causing this discrepancy.

Pipes in Journey Names cause issues with Journey Reports

If you use pipes (|) in the names of Journeys, it throws off the parsing of the names in the Journeys to select to report on.

When creating a schedule for a Marketing Cloud report, within the FTP Delivery Options, the filename can be made unique by ticking the Ticking the 'Make it Unique' option. But this appends a GUID to the filename instead of the expected date time stamp.

Discover Reports intermittently Error when Scheduled Delivery is sent to the FTP
When a Report is built using the Discover package and scheduled to Submit the Report on a schedule, and the delivery option is the FTP, intermittently the Report will fail to generate and an Error Message will display in the generated file.
