If you have a Smart Capture block in a Content Builder based Cloud Page that targets a subscriber list, unsubscribed subscribers cannot be added to the list. When you configure a Smart Capture form with a nullable email address field type, any form submission will fail to submit if the email address is not filled out. The page submit button is then grayed out, forcing users to refresh the page before trying again.

CloudPages sets the "Cache-Control" HTTP Header to "no-cache" regardless of what is done via SSJS Platform methods such as "HTTPHeader.SetValue. CloudPages should respect what the customer passes in via SSJS and allow them to use that value for Cache-Control.
