Significant Variation in Polygons from Territory Planning to Field Service

Users may encounter a degradation of shapes when publishing territories from Territory Planning to Field Service. The issue has been identified with Census Tracts container sets, but is not limited to just this container set.

Blank Territory ID's in Data Set causing storage issue

If you specify a field as = Unit Id that contains a blank value, then the data set will process forever until my Org runs out of space.

Legend formatting not respected in Publish to PDF

If I use publish to PDF, then the legend formatting is not respected. This is especially tough with numbers, since it removes the commas, and decimals can get quite lengthy and hard to read. This works correctly when generating a PDF from analyze and compare.

ETM Publishing Error When Using "Includes" Operator for Postal Codes

Using the "includes" operator for postal codes when publishing using Enterprise Territory Management spawns an error that states: "Typerror: Cannot read property 'message' of null." This error occurs because "includes" is not a valid operator for Salesforce standard postal code fields in ETM.

Map labels like city/state disappear when units are plotted in Territory Planning

Unit markers are hiding map labels, which makes it difficult for users to see what city/state/etc... a marker is in. Per investigation, we should be able to allow for the map labels to be unaffected by the markers.

Assignment Rules are Created for Alignments Without Containers

If an alignment does not have containers, or a territory has no containers assigned, a rule is still being created in Enterprise Territory Management that is blank.

Cannot Publish to ETM When an Account Has Been Deleted or Source Report Contains Same Record IDs

If a territory contains an account that has been deleted, then you cannot publish that territory to Enterprise Territory Management using the "manually assign locked units to territories" option. The insert fails when it reaches the deleted account, which rolls back any inserts for that territory. This...
