Users with almost identical MapsLive Id's are not getting Summaries created

When an org has many users using LiveApp tracking, the Device Ids calculated on the user records can/will eventually have the same exact Id with the exception of the last letter case, like 'M' & 'm'. When this happens, we will sometimes only get summaries for one user and not the other.

Marker Position Reverts To a Previous Location After Manually Refreshing a Live Layer

When performing a manual refresh on a Live layer, users may notice erratic behavior where the position of the marker reverts to a previous location the marker was at. This issue corrects itself upon the next automatic refresh of the Live Layer.
