The user gets back-to-back visits for one account in a single day using Maps advanced routing when has empty spaces and days in the calendar or has just visited on the past day.

Salesforce Maps Advanced optimization uses two batches that run every hour at the top of the hour. If a User has never accessed the Maps Advanced Route tab and gone through the wizard for setting individual settings, an admin/another user won't be able to set their Break to “No” once a break has been entered.
