Internal server error when when opening "Default Data Category Visibility" page in scratch organization


Internal server error is observed when accessing Default Data Category Visibility or accessing topic under Data Categories. The error code observed until now are (1733345339) & (364759335)

Article view count doesn't increase when articles are viewed in Lightning

Customers may observed that an article's view count doesn't increase after an article is viewed in Lightning, but views in Classic are reflected on the respective article's view count in Lightning.

Public knowledge articles links redirect to and are not displayed for Lightning only orgs

When accessing a public knowledge article as a guest user through a sites URL in an org that is setup as "lightning only", the URL is redirected to one that has one/ and the article is not visible and requesting end user to login.

Internal Server Error shown when trying to add a Knowledge criteria-based sharing rule in an org that has External Sharing Model enabled (-2017018868)

When trying to set up an outbound change set and adding a criteria-based sharing rule for Knowledge, you receive an Internal Server Error if external sharing model is enabled. Trying to access the change set again also gives the same Internal Server Error
