When an email is sent from Salesforce using a Sales Cadence, sometimes the text is changed to an unreadable form. The problem happens intermittently and cannot be replicated on demand.

When a user sends a recipient a message and the recipient replies, it is not recognized by the listener that the recipient replied. Since the listener does not acknowledge the reply as received, the cadence follows the wrong path.
