It has been observed, in some cases the Field Service Lightning Mobile app will return older cached record information. Even after specified "cache record data time-out" has passed.

Map Card is Blank on Work Order Overview Tab in spite of having a proper address on Service Appointment. There is no issue with FSL iOS app.

The '&' character from the field value is not URL encoded when passed as a token using Launch Value in for iOS and Android type app extension. This behavior causes the query parameters to break and treats '&' as parameter delimiters incorrectly.

Anytime machine timezone is different from PST, single day shifts are not shown in the UI. This happens regardless of the salesforce user timezone.

FSL app (Android) only shows the Map card in the Work Order Overview tab if "Street Address" is set on the Service Appointment record. If the user does not enter "Street Address" and just use Latitude and Longitude fields then also Map card will not be visible on the Work Order Overview tab.

Users may intermittently notice duplicate records created if the user is switching between WiFi and a network connection in the Field Service Lightning mobile app on iOS. This is most commonly reproduced when using a 'create record' object specific action.
