The "The All" day event field doesn't sync from Exchange to Salesforce with Lightning Sync event sync

The All day event field seems to be a mapped field in a Lightning Sync configration but when an All Day event is created in an Outlook/Exchange Calendar the field is not populated in Salesforce after synchronization. Task assignment notifications are not sent when tasks are created and assigned from a publisher action in Lightning for Outlook & Gmail
