When opening an occurrence of an event series that was sync'ed by Lightning Sync, Outlook Integration displays the error "Something happened when we tried to connect to the Exchange server. View more details." Clicking on the "more details" link presents a popup screen with the message: "Hmm....

Outlook Integration unable to access Shared folders with the following error "Hmm. The email server is unavailable. Please try again later."

Outlook integration is unable to resolve shared folder access and presents the following error: "Hmm. The email server is unavailable. Please try again later." Microsoft has removed the capability of accessing shared folders via EWS causing this feature to no longer work.

Inbox Insert Availability, inserted time slots in the Email are grayed out

When we try to add availability slots in outlook email by marking the timing as "Mark as free" and add to email, the slots show grayed out in the email. It applies to Outlook Integration with Inbox and Inbox Legacy both.
