Users should receive a notification email when tasks are assigned to them when they have enabled the setting. The notifications are not sent when a task is created and assigned from Lighting for Outlook/Gmail with a publisher action.

When using Outlook Integration to log email with attachments, the attachment may not be saved and the User will see a notification bell message in Salesforce, Email attachments Some attachments may have failed to download, please review the appropriate record in Salesforce for accuracy

Inbox Insert Availability, inserted time slots in the Email are grayed out
When we try to add availability slots in outlook email by marking the timing as "Mark as free" and add to email, the slots show grayed out in the email. It applies to Outlook Integration with Inbox and Inbox Legacy both.

When a Classic HTML Template with Letterhead is used in Lightning Experience, the height values of the Letterhead (top/middle/bottom) lines are not respected. The height changes are rendered as expected in Salesforce Classic.
