Pre-chat can't find records when multiple matches are found during a chatbot session.

Einstein Bot is returning confused dialogue rather than Article Answer

When testing an Einstein bot that utilizes article answers to return articles based on customer inputted text, the bot returns a confused dialogue rather than an article. This is due to the wrong branch/version of article answers referencing a model that does not exist.

Einstein Bot Translation Metadata Not Retrieving Language Translations for "Questions" Type in the Bot.

While trying to retrieve Language Translations Metadata Files for the Einstein Bot's package.xml file, the translations for Questions & the Choices are not getting retrieved for languages other than English. While the translations for "Dialogs" are getting retrieved properly.
