Dataflow status icons show incorrect status

Some dataflows are reflecting an incorrect status as of their last job runs. For example, a dataflow that previously failed but is now running successfully may show a failure icon. In some cases, the reverse is true.

Event-based schedules do not include SFDC_LOCAL SPLIT object

Jobs with event-based schedules may begin running before all referenced objects have finished syncing. This is affecting dataflows/recipes whose objects are synced via 2 separate SFDC_LOCAL connections. The event-based schedule is not respecting the second connection.
